You do not need to be present for your cleaning, although if it is your first time, we ask that you be present so we can go over all the basics. If you will not be present clear instructions for entry must be provided before we arrive and cleaning details about your space.
Yes we will bring all the necessary products and equipment. You can request that we use specific products or equipment if you wish to provide them. We disclaim responsibility for any damages, losses, or issues caused by your use of your product or any equipment failure.
You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without an additional fee by calling or texting us at 720-413-3359, any notice less than 24 hours will require 50% Service Fee.
Service time depends on the job. If it is a home generally we provide services between 8am-6pm. For commercial jobs the time will vary.
You will receive a notification 24 hours prior to your cleaning service with the service time window by email. On the day of cleaning you will receive a text message when we are on our way. We try our best to accommodate your preferred window time.
If we are unable to access your home at the scheduled time we do require a Lockout Fee.

Yes, you can request to have your cleaning window time changed with a 24 hour notice.
Yes, you can skip one of your cleaning with a 24 hour notice (within business hours). We do require a Skipping Fee, your rate is based on frequency.
Please note: Your cleaning schedule/rotation will remain the same when you skip/cancel.
Yes, you can can any extra services (see service list add ons). Please do so by calling or texting the office at 720-413-3359 to add any extras. We prefer that you do not ask your cleaning team, we will relay the message to them directly.
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please send us photos as soon as possible to 720-413-3359 or cleaningservicesoly@gmail.com Photos help our team see what they missed and help us identify what is most important to you.
We will do our best to make it up to you by either returning to fix what we missed or give your space extra detailed cleaning to the missed area.
Yes, tips are welcome and appreciated. Please clearly mark tips with the cleaning teams name or just "cleaning team" or if online mark "tip amount"
